Shipping Locations:
We offer shipping within the United States and internationally (terms apply).

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll do our best to keep you informed about any delays.

Shipping Rates:
- For domestic orders under $60: Customers are responsible for shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the items.
- For domestic orders over $60: Shipping for qualifying items is free of charge.
- Oversized, specialty or otherwise unqualified items for free shipping merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer. Flamingwik reserves the right to deny free shipping for items erroneously included in a coupon combination via system error.
- International shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer. Shipping fee discounts may be applied as deemed applicable on a case-by-case basis to ensure optimal service for each order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track your package’s journey and estimate the delivery date.
Shipping Delays:
While we aim to meet our delivery timeframes, there might be circumstances beyond our control that could lead to shipping delays. These circumstances might include weather disruptions, carrier delays, and unforeseen events. In such cases, we’ll do our best to communicate any potential delays and keep you updated.
Address Accuracy:

Damaged or Lost Packages:
In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@flamingwik.com. We will work with the carrier to initiate a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping:
- All international orders are processed with 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.
- We offer international shipping using various carrier methods as deemed most cost-effective and expeditious. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and destination country.
- Estimated delivery times can not be guaranteed for international orders and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local postal services.
- Customs and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes imposed by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the item price of shipping cost and are the buyers responsibility.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the order has been shipped and tracking number is provided, it is the customers responsibility to track the package and ensure someone is available to receive it.
- Please ensure the shipping address provided during checkout of accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order meets the return qualifications; please contact our customer service immediately with your claim and follow instructions to meet the requirements necessary.
Change of Shipping Address:
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to accommodate the change if the order hasn’t been processed for shipping.
