Processing times may be extended during:

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Delays

Flamingwik, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Flamingwik, LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address information
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery

the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation or claim where appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original condition
  • returned with all original packaging

To initiate a return, contact info@flamingwik.com within 3 days of delivery to request return authorization.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the status of their refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing for damaged or defective items may take up to 30 days after the item is received and evaluated.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide video documentation showing the item and packaging condition
  3. Return the item within 7 days of return approval

Failure to provide documentation within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • customized or personalized items
  • gift cards
  • items showing signs of use
  • items damaged after delivery

Exchanges

Flamingwik does not offer direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to replace an item should initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Promotions & Pricing

Only one promotion, discount code, or coupon may be used per order unless otherwise specified.

Discount codes may not apply to:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • oversized or specialty items
  • items marked “excluded from promotions”

Promotions and coupons:

  • have no cash value
  • cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases

If a system error incorrectly applies a promotion or price adjustment, Flamingwik, LLC reserves the right to cancel or correct the order prior to fulfillment.

Customers will be notified before any adjustment occurs.

Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order with Flamingwik, LLC, customers confirm that the payment method used is authorized and that all billing information provided is accurate.

Flamingwik, LLC reserves the right to cancel or delay orders that appear fraudulent or violate payment security protocols.

Additional verification may be required before certain orders can be processed or shipped.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed on Flamingwik.com are subject to review and acceptance.

Flamingwik, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion in cases including but not limited to:

  • product availability issues
  • pricing errors
  • suspected fraud

If an order must be canceled, customers will be notified and refunded to the original payment method.
