Returns, Refunds, Pricing & Promotions Policies;
At Flamingwik, we are committed to providing accurate product information and fair pricing. Because our items are handcrafted, limited edition or sourced from specialty suppliers, certain restrictions apply to pricing, promotions and shipping.
Promotions & Coupons:
Only one promotion, discount code or coupon may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
Discount codes cannot be applied to:
Sale items, gift cards, oversized or specialty items (such as lighting, furniture, or custom pieces), items marked "excluded from promotions" on the product page.
Coupons and promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
"Restrictions apply" means that exclusions and limitations are listed here or on the product page.
Returns:
Eligible items can be returned within seven days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
- Contact our customer support team at info@flamingwik.com within three days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Refunds:
- Upon completing a thorough evaluation of your returned item, updates on the refund progress will be provided.
- Refunds for damaged or defective goods may take up to 30 days from the receipt of the items.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Notify us within three days of receiving your order if you encounter a damaged or defective item.
- Provide a video documenting the condition of the damaged or defective goods within three days of receipt.
- Ship the item back within seven days to proceed with the refund or replacement process.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items, items showing signs of use or post-delivery damage, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will cover return shipping fees if the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
- Direct exchanges are not available; initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Address Information:
- We cannot assume responsibility for mis-delivered goods due to missing, misspelled, or omitted correct shipping address information.
Approved Return Shipments:
- Ensure approved return shipments are accurately labeled and shipped to respective return locations.
Return Shipping Charges:
- Return items or orders will be subject to return shipping charges.
Address Accuracy:
- Shipments will not be rerouted to accommodate for erroneous addressing.

By placing an order with Flamingwik, you agree to the following:
Certain specialty or oversized products may require additional shipping charges and/or extended lead times.
If an item is excluded from discounts, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
In rare cases where a system error applies a discount incorrectly, Flamingwik reserves the right to cancel the order and adjust the total with your consent before fulfillment.
