Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

Eligible items can be returned within seven days from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
  • Contact our customer support team at info@flamingwik.com within three days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refunds:

  • Upon completing a thorough evaluation of your returned item, updates on the refund progress will be provided.
  • Refunds for damaged or defective goods may take up to 30 days from the receipt of the items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Notify us within three days of receiving your order if you encounter a damaged or defective item.
  • Provide a video documenting the condition of the damaged or defective goods within three days of receipt.
  • Ship the item back within seven days to proceed with the refund or replacement process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items, items showing signs of use or post-delivery damage, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will cover return shipping fees if the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • Direct exchanges are not available; initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Address Information:

  • We cannot assume responsibility for mis-delivered goods due to missing, misspelled, or omitted correct shipping address information.

Approved Return Shipments:

  • Ensure approved return shipments are accurately labeled and shipped to respective return locations.
Return Shipping Charges:
  • Return items or orders will be subject to return shipping charges.

Address Accuracy:

  • Shipments will not be rerouted to accommodate for erroneous addressing.
